Rik Roberts / Frequently
Asked Questions
Do you have a video of
your act?
Yes. You may go to the
“VIDEO” page on this
website to view samples
online. Or if you prefer,
the agent who referred you
to this site may have a DVD
or VHS demo available to
send to you. Be aware that
many agencies have gone
“web-only” in an effort to
get you the video as soon as
possible. If they do have a
demo, it would be a
duplicate of the samples
offered online.
Do you have references?
Yes! If you would like to
see what past event planners
have to say about my show,
simply click on
“Recommendations”.
How long are your shows?
I can do as little as you
like, or up to an hour. A
35-45 minute show is perfect
for most events. I can also
act as an emcee and host
your awards show or event.
There is no problem
interspersing my act in
short bits throughout your
event. I’m totally flexible
to suit your needs.
Additionally, I can
re-appear as America’s
Favorite Deputy.
Can you perform for a
small group?
Yes. I have done plenty of
shows for small audiences.
The show remains big, but
the crowd doesn't have to
be. I've done shows for
groups of 14 to 4,000 and
EVERYWHERE in between!
Can you customize a
portion of your show for our
group?
Yes. With a little
information from you, I can
“highlight” an individual or
a particular group of
individuals attending your
event. Whether it is the
“employee of the year,” a
retiree or a sponsor I will
work them into the show.
There are MANY ways we can
discuss to do this in a
fashion that is fun and
lighthearted.
How far from Nashville do
you travel?
I’ve done shows from Canada
to the Caribbean - from San
Diego to St. Thomas. So no
need to worry, I’ll bring my
slice of Southern
hospitality to your
location.
How far out are you
booked?
I have dates booked as far
out as two years, and have
open dates as early as this
week. If you are seriously
considering me for your
event, have the agent
contact me with your
tentative dates. When they
contact me, I can put a
“soft hold” on the date for
you. If another potential
client calls about the same
date you will have the
“first right” to book your
event. The earlier you have
the agent contact me the
better your chances. (I
can't stress this enough for
dates in December.) |
